This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Second International Colloquium on Theoretical Aspects of Computing, ICTAC 2005 held in Hanoi, Vietnam, in October 2005. The 35 revised full papers presented together with 5 invited talks and a summary of 5 tutorials were carefully reviewed and selected from 122 submissions.
