This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Third International Conference on Automated Technology for Verificaton and Analysis, ATVA 2005, held in Taipei, Taiwan, in October 2005. The 33 revised full papers presented together with abstracts of 3 keynote papers were carefully reviewed and selected from 95 submissions.
